In our Mataró workshop we test every combination of cable, gripper and fixing. Results are published in the data sheet of each reference.
- Breaking loadStatic tension to failure. The declared working load is at most one fifth of it.
- Slip under loadSustained load for hours: the cable must not move in the gripper.
- Panel fixingPull-out of clips, inserts and spirals in each material and thickness.
- Cable angleReduction of permissible load at 15°, 30° and 45°.
- TraceabilityBatch number on every pack, linked to its incoming test.
